We’re lucky to have Kristen join us as an intern for the next two years! Kristen hails from Arizona, graduated from Concordia college, and has been steadily eating her way through her past three weeks here.
Kristen will be working with the youth programs, specifically with the YouLeaD scholarship program and recipients. She has also been tutoring English with a few kids in the Samaki Pattana community while she’s learning Thai.
Joining Kristen for the month of October is Joy, who is engaging in an Intensive Internship. In her last year of high school, Joy has had years of experience teaching and leading kids’ events and an active member of the Peace Community Church youth group and Photong house church. I’ve never met anyone so excited to go through orientation.
